Experiment is a work-in-progress that I am hoping to fully release in time with the s&box official launch date. Experiment is best played when the server has a large active population, so you are simply testing the mechanics right now. Brief History of GMod Roleplay Originally created nearly 17 years ago for Garry’s Mod, Experiment was one of the early stepping stones in what would become a much larger roleplay movement. During that era, I helped pioneer the DarkRP and broader roleplay scene — from the creation of CCRPM and contributions to the BB08 roleplaying framework, to building the foundations that evolved into kuroScript, Blueprint, Clockwork, and ultimately HL2RP. Now, Experiment returns - rebuilt from the ground up for s&box. What is Experiment? Experiment is a PvP Survival Roleplaying game and not everybody will enjoy its brutal nature. If you like games like Rust, or EVE Online, and are happy to lose some of your progress to the actions of other players, then you may enjoy Experiment. Players work together to establish bases, generate resources, protect their territory, and wage war against rival factions. Politics, betrayal, trade, diplomacy, and power struggles all emerge naturally. Welcome back to Experiment.
